Friction SaaS / Live beta
I.S.A.A.CANALYTICS
Turn the CSV you already have into a dashboard you can understand.
I.S.A.A.C is a browser-based analytics workspace. Upload a business CSV and it builds a readable view of the totals, trends, filters, and charts that matter. You can then ask questions, inspect the rows, make corrections, and export the result.
No formulas, chart building, or analytics background required.
Client identities remain confidential. The industries, operating problems, systems delivered, and outcomes below are real. No fabricated metrics.
01 / IN PRODUCTION
Oil & Gas / Finance
AI expense automation from the field
The friction
Field teams across multiple states recorded fuel, materials, and site expenses on paper, leaving finance without a fast central record.
What we built
A dedicated photo-based expense system that reads receipts, extracts and categorizes spend, and updates a live dashboard without manual entry.
What changed
Expense capture is now immediate and photo-based across the operation, replacing delayed paperwork with a centralized financial record.
02 / IN PRODUCTION
Sales Operations / CRM
A CRM the sales team uses from its phones
The friction
Clients, quotes, expenses, and follow-ups lived in chat threads and memory. Nothing was consistently shared, searchable, or backed up.
What we built
A phone-first operations bot for clients, quotes, notes, tasks, expenses, document capture, reminders, and a shared live dashboard.
What changed
The team now works from one searchable operating record while personal notes remain private and recurring follow-ups happen automatically.
03 / IN PRODUCTION
Timber / Invoicing
Handwritten delivery orders into reviewed invoices
The friction
Rates, quantities, and deductions were read and calculated by hand before each delivery could become an invoice.
What we built
An AI vision pipeline that reads a delivery-order photo, looks up rates, produces a proforma invoice, updates the ledger, and flags uncertain readings for a person.
What changed
A paper-heavy invoicing path now runs as an automated pipeline with a deliberate human review gate whenever the system is not confident.
